GENERAL SERVICE SINGLE-PHASE Rate Code A - Applicable to all Members of the Garland Light & Power Company (Company) for general purpose single-phase service, provided that the rating of individual single-phase motors served hereunder shall not exceed ten horsepower (10 hp) and that the installed transformer capacity is 25 kVA or less.

Availability: Available to Members of the Company in all areas served by the Company’s system, for single-phase service.

GENERAL SERVICE OVER 25 KVA Rate Code C - Applicable to Members of the Garland Light & Power Company (Company) in all areas served by the Company’s system to the extent that appropriate facilities exist or it is feasible to install them, for general purpose loads in excess of 25 kVA of installed transformer capacity.

Availability: Available to Members of the Company in all areas served by the Company’s system for general usage where single-phase or three-phase service is available.

IRRIGATION Rate Code B - Available to Members of the Garland Light & Power Company (Company) in all areas served by the Company’s system for irrigation pumping where single-phase or three-phase service is available or it is feasible to provide it, and provided that the rating of single-phase motors served hereunder shall not exceed ten horsepower (10 hp).

RESIDENTIAL TIME OF USE (Off-Peak) Rate Code D - Applicable to Members of the Garland Light & Power Company (Company) for general purpose single-phase service where the customer has installed Company approved storage heating equipment and provided that the rating of individual single-phase motors served hereunder shall not exceed ten horsepower (10 hp) and that the installed transformer capacity is 25 kVA or less.

Availability: Available to Members of the Company in all areas served by the Company’s system, for single-phase service.

AVOIDED COST PURCHASES FROM NET METERING FACILITIES Rate Code E - Throughout the Company’s service area, subject to the rules and regulations of the Company and of the regulatory authorities.
